Make Business Path work as a Predicate, and use the predicate API to select business paths at Business Process so that we can select appropriate business paths with the API, not only with a trade_phase category.

This allows ActiveObject import in SQLCatalog, enabling again activate() on
SQL Catalog, and eventually fixing the current test failures (AttributeError:
SQLCatalog_catalogTransformation raised on portal/portal_catalog)

A proper, durable fix to the silent import failures in SQLCatalog is still
required.

fix report sections for GL: we must show a report section if the accounts have movement in the period, or if the account have a non zero balance at the beginning of the period.
Prior to that change it was only showing accounts with movements in the period.

It is nonsense and buggy for OrderBuilder to care about delivery values, so the relevant code is moved out of OrderBuilder into DeliveryBuilder.
