Don't include a "Default" if we are using proxy listbox id. This have to be configured individually on each field. This way we can control if we want the default to be displayed first.

WebSite title cache should not depend on the web section but on the web_site. This fix the bug that make the WebSite title different from one section to another in case of modification.

If selection_name is not passed to this script, try to get it using "listbox_list_selection_name" at the request.

This is required to ListBoxes (showed from a website using erp5_web) use A..Z button for reset the selection, In this casethe selection_name does not come with the request when this button is clicked.
