Create PipelineDetailsEntity

Now we have a PipelineEntity which is a bit smaller, mostly in bytes
needing to send to the frontend. PipelineDetailsEntity is the default
for the PipelineSerializer, limiting the changes needed.

This commit also incorporates the review.
