since r33139, we no longer acquire from 'delivery' for many categories, and we no longer use 'order' category for root simulation rules, builders cannot copy value for properties that we don't copy into simulation movements.

As list of templates is cached, and cache might be not invalidated after
deletion of template, do not fail in case if template is not found in ZODB.

Using newTemp(Amount|TransformedResource) over newContent allows to go through
conversion_interaction_workflow without triggered any interaction set on
TransformedResource._set(Quantity|Resource.*)

Amount is enough to gather Aggregated data.
