Some servers failed to run upgrader because slapos.libnetworkcache was old and not compatible anymore. So playbook couldn't be downloaded. We check if slapos.libnetworkcache and slapcache need to be upgraded before run upgrader role. /reviewed-on nexedi/slapos.package!65
