Do not use PortalFolder._verifyObjectPaste, but BaseTool._verifyObjectPaste. PortalFolder is not a base class in this class.

Because Payment Transaction does not have a causality workflow, we cannot assume that getCausalityState will always be present.
This getattr test needs to be removed once Payment Transaction is linked to a correct causality workflow.

For instance, Accounting Trnsaction Lines can be contained in a Accounring Rule Cell
of a Invoice Transaction Rule, and none of these provide a causality workflow, but
Accounting Transaction Line is also a possible child of a Accounting Transaction
in the Accounting Transaction Module.
