Correct dependency problems

Support lib64 installation on x86_64

Update python27 and python3

Change to use gcc-4.9.4.

Change bz2, curl, expat, libsigsegv, ncurses, ncursesw, pcre, readline, readline7, xzutils and zlibpkg to install libraries to CREW_LIB_PREFIX explicitly.

Fix node install permissions

Change rsync.rb to correct dependencies

  - The awscli-bundle.zip installer is not versioned so it remains
    a moving target regarding checksums
  - Only require the python package if python isn't already installed

  - Remove curl dependency
  - Use download links from https://github.com/prasmussen/gdrive
  - Sleep 10 seconds before setting file execute permission
