darkhttpd is a fast, secure, and lightweight static HTTP server.

Tested as working on Samsung XE50013-K01US (x86_64).

If GOROOT_BOOTSTRAP is not passed in, make.bash will look for/prefer Go 1.4 to access the go compiler.
