* Fixed gtk_doc, docbook, and tools to skip creation of binaries.

* Cleaned up a little.

* Fix circular dependency that leaves gtk_doc to hang.

* Removed docbook_xsl dependency from gtk_doc

* Added libxslt dependency to gtk_doc

* Fixed circular dependencies

* Reverted docbook_xml source sha256sum, firewall threw it off.
