that supports patterns like
DateTime(2001, 02, 03) => DateTime(2001, 2, 3)
and not DateTime(2001, 0o2, 0o3)

This allows sorting the list of filenames, by size ( sort_on="st_size" ),
by modification date ( sort_on="st_mdate" )

In some cases, listing files is disallowed. Allow caller to disable
paramiko's default-enabled file size check to support these cases.

Drop parameters which are passed with default value.

Requires creating socket outside of paramiko.Transport .

also readAsciiFile normilises CRLF/CR/LF.

make FTPConnector.getFile binary mode by default, because ascii mode only works with utf-8 encoding.

also propagate binary mode to SFTPClient.file().
