Try to reduce officejs tests's flakiness...

It took me many test executions and logs to find the cause of the Gadget scope 'form_view' is not known. error but I think I found it in a renderjs mutex bug.

My current test results seems OK, but I prefer to wait more results before confirming it will fix the problem.
