Supporting https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/issues/8558 this change
bumps the ADO image version and allows propagation of the
`AUTO_DEVOPS_MODSECURITY_SEC_RULE_ENGINE` variable to the ingress
resources created during Auto-Deploy jobs
