Bump Nokogiri from v1.11.4 to v1.11.5

This mirrors the change in Gitaly in
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitaly/-/merge_requests/3534 in order to
bring both Gitaly and GitLab versions in sync. This saves a little disk
space in Omnibus.
