CI: update review-apps for unicorn to webservice change

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/charts/gitlab/-/merge_requests/1145

As a result of the above MR, several changes needed to be made here to
reflect the state of the charts, and pass deprecations checks.

This implements those changes.
