Add monkey patch to unicorn to fix eof? problem
Rack with Unicorn is unable to handle chunked requests due to private `eof?` method. This exposes `eof?` not changing `rack` behavior. Issue: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/8539
