Remove useless classes

It seems the first usage of this class was in
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/commit/edeab72399a42259666948434d660f7acff3a3d7,
but even then, the class wasn't defined in CSS, and as far as I can
tell, never has been.
