The eslint-plugin-vue upgrade had some breaking changes to
vue/attribute-order which needed to be resolved in order to avoid
disabling the rule entirely

We needed to disable a few eslint-config-airbnb-base rules in order
to keep the number of line changes under control. These should be
re-enabled asap.

Don't rely on static IPs for Ingress/LoadBalancers. To do this, we
implement annotations for `external-dns` to be able to populate
endpoints into our `$REVIEW_APPS_DOMAIN`.

This requires the installation of `external-dns` into the cluster
used by CI, which is not a part of this MR.

This introduces a shared example that encapsulates the common
behavior present in the parent class removing the duplicated
code in the specs.

The 9.4 to 9.5 and 9.5 to 10.0 guides missed a closing backtick. This
was corrected in the 10.0 to 10.1 guide, from which subsequent guides
were written without the error.

Due to a missing `s`, a link to the blog archive
for releases was broken.
