Add a test case to assert that the initial route is set to /all when the
app loads.

The renames base tab's itemCount prop to itemsCount.

This brings the on-demand scans app closer to its meaningful
implementation state. Instead of relying on hardcoded state properties,
we are now passing the actual pipelines count to the app.

This removes dummy tabs from the DAST views scans page. This is to align
with a new iterative approach that was agreed upon. It involves
releasing the "All" tab as soon as possible, and implement the other
scans iteratively, starting with the "Scheduled" tab.
