- Add alt to images for better a11y.
- Remove unused classes.
- Update helper to use `avatar_url` and refactor
to use the simpler `to_json` helper instead of a
private method to serialize the project.

- Rewrite gitlab_slack_application_spec to follow
new style guide.
- Update strings for translation.

- Add new projects dropdown that includes project's
avatar and name with namespace.
- Update backend and helper to pass in more data
that is needed on the frontend.

- Update Vue code to follow newer conventions.
- Basic updates to layout and component styling.
