Improves computed props

Exports the repeated code between ce and ee
for the graph component into a reusable mixin

Transforms the graph component to recursively
render both upstream and downstream pipelines

It no longer makes a request to the API
there is no need to render a loading spinner

Recursively updates isExpanded property for
all triggered and triggered by pipelines
