Change Settings to Edit profile as per UI

Reduce Vale warnings on Create docs in the integration directory.

Updated final process step for clarity.

The previous URL had two drawbacks:

1. It didn't match what the title was about (`Assignments to DevOps
   Stages and Groups`, and the anchor was `#designated-technical-writers`).
2. It didn't account for the other sections, like development and API
   guidelines.

These pages don't have owners, but still need instances of future
tense scrubbed out.

Updated pages to add none/unassigned to metadata

Fix spacing, indentation, comments, etc

- Replaced reference style links with the current
  GitLab docs standard.

Another MR to add languages to code blocks.

Find and replace sh with shell

Also updates redirect text in /project-services

Many code blocks are 4spaced, and they render in GitLab
without coloring as a result, even though they are
fenced with a language label. If in a list, other items
will render as being in a code block too, even if not
meant to. This fixes all these issues, and cleans up
minor white space issues in install and integration docs

There are several escaped angle brackets in our integration docs.  While these
render fine within GitLab, they are broken rendered on doc.gitlab.com because
pandoc does not escape them correctly.
