Add support for custom SSH ports

small UI changes

- moved project urls into input fields to avoid text expanding out of the box (on very long url)
- removed extra markup for header menu arrow (:before ftw!)
- small style changes on url inputs

chmod -x style.scss

Conflicts:

	app/helpers/dashboard_helper.rb

from running after every other rake command.
