automation/: Move installation/automation-script.sh to automation/. Add tools to generate automation/automation-script.sh

installation/automation-script.sh: Update with new macros. Remove "on-the-go" flb.conf.in. Clean up a bit.

installation/: Update the flb.conf.in template handling. Temporary fix the lack of fluent-bit package.

installation/automation-script.sh: Add a script to deploy the softwares on a KVM so that it produce a scan to fill the reference database.

	dracut.module/dracut.conf.in: Change the templates for key and certificate path. Add some variables.
	installation/dependencies.sh: Do not copy the local flb.conf.in in fluent-bit repertory anymore.
	installation/env.sh: Add variables for the key and certificate pathes and names.
	installation/install.sh: Change the dracut_conf_regex accordingly.
	uefi-keys/make_keys.sh: Add a similar header than the installation/ scripts (for instance, source installation/env.sh).

- Move the public keys in another repository. Reorganize the key directories.
- Update the key creation accordingly.
