- corrects errors introduced in open_unit_handler
  with last patch submission for act enhancements,
- changes formatting and some log-messages in act
  enhancments code,
- removes junk lines
- corrected Kconfig dependency for zfcp
- do not wait for SBALs when creating ELS requests
