  - CS46xx
    - fixed capture with new DSP firmware
    - multiple pcm playback streams
    - pcm playback instance is allocated dynamically
    - fixed detection of secondary codec
  - changed ctl/rawmidi/timer read() code to follow POSIX standard - when some data are ready, return immediately
  - RME96 - added 32 bit sample formats for ADAT
