linux/include/asm-arm/arch-iop310/serial.h
uses hardcoded 0xfe800000, while
linux/include/asm-arm/arch-iop310/iq80310.h
gives us a #define for the UART locations.

This patch changes serial.h to use the #defines from iq80310.h
