Patch from Michael Opdenacker

"GPIO23_SCLK_md" renamed to "GPIO23_SCLK_MD" (uppercase)
in include/asm-arm/arch-pxa/pxa-regs.h.
Done for consistency with all other GPIO_*_MD settings.
No other file impacted in mainstream kernel sources.
