[PATCH] misc fixes

 - generic_file_open() comment fix (Bill Irwin)

 - kerneldoc fix in truncate.c (Aniruddha M Marathe)

 - remove truncate debug check.

 - page_lock comment fix (Robert Love)

 - remove unused device mapper label.
