Pull perf/urgent fixes from Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo:

- Fix memory corruption in the annotation routines because of zero
  length symbols (asm ones) (Ravi Bangoria)

- Fix printing garbage as an error message when re-running the
  lexer events matcher (Jiri Olsa)
