[ACPI] Evaluate CPEI Processor Override flag

ACPI 3.0 added a Correctable Platform Error Interrupt (CPEI)
Processor Overide flag to MADT.Platform_Interrupt_Source.
Record the processor that was provided as hint from ACPI.
