[PATCH] ppc64: Rename xItLpQueue to hvlpevent_queue

The xItLpQueue is a queue of HvLpEvents that we're given by the Hypervisor.
Rename xItLpQueue to hvlpevent_queue and make the type struct hvlpevent_queue.
