staging/lustre: Add spaces preferred around that '{+, -, *, /, |, <<, >>, &}'

This patch fixes all checkpatch occurences of
"CHECK: spaces preferred around that '{+,-,*,/,|,<<,>>,&}' (ctx:VxV)"
in Lustre code.
