o wl3501: new wireless driver for Planet WL 3501 802.11 PCMCIA card

After a long while, and with wireless becoming a hot topic, at least
for me, I get back to work on this driver, Aristeu, Niemeyer, Marcelino,
this will finally be integrated! Whee! :-)
