locking/Kconfig: Add LOCK_DEBUGGING_SUPPORT to make it more readable
There are a couples of lock debugging Kconfig options that depends on the following support options: - TRACE_IRQFLAGS_SUPPORT - STACKTRACE_SUPPORT - LOCKDEP_SUPPORT That makes those lock debugging options harder to read and understand. So a new LOCK_DEBUGGING_SUPPORT option is added that is equivalent to the above three options together. That makes the Kconfig.debug file more readable.
