ARM: dts: Fixed typo interrupt-cells for exynos5420 and exynos5250

Changes fixes the misspelled of #interrups-cell.

arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos5420.dtsi:224: WARNING: 'interrups'
	 may be misspelled - perhaps 'interrupts'?
