Merge branch 'further-sfp-phylink-updates'

Russell King says:

====================
further sfp/phylink updates

This series:
- cleans up printing of module information
- improves the transceiver capability decoding, getting rid of the
  guessing by connector type, improves direct-attach cable support
  and adds support for 1G Base-PX and Base-BX10 modules.
- cleans up phylink_sfp_module_insert()
====================
