Machine support files are now expected to provide a sys_timer
structure which encapsulates everything to do with the kernels
system timer, and provides elegant with the system device model.
In addition, it provides the relevant power management hooks.

Some machines decided to initialise this element.  It's not necessary
since find_memend_and_nodes() initialises this itself.  However,
'end' is not required if we initialise high_memory in this function
rather than waiting until mem_init() is called.

split the initrd stuff out of blk.h, it's only needed in the boot code
and the ramdisk driver.

Remove unnecessary references to various include files from arch/arm
