The driver registers the watchdog with devm_watchdog_register_device() but still calls watchdog_unregister_device() on remove. Since clocks have to be stopped when removing the driver, after the watchdog device has been unregistered, we can not drop the call to watchdog_unregister_device(). Use watchdog_register_device() to register the watchdog. i.MX8QXP is an ARMv8 SoC which has a Cortex-M4 system controller inside, the system controller is in charge of controlling power, clock and watchdog etc.. This patch adds i.MX system controller watchdog driver support, watchdog operation needs to be done in secure EL3 mode via ARM-Trusted-Firmware, using SMC call, CPU will trap into ARM-Trusted-Firmware and then it will request system controller to do watchdog operation via IPC. Since commit ad67b74d ("printk: hash addresses printed with %p"), i6300esb prints "____ptrval____" instead of actual addresses: i6300ESB timer 0000:00:03.0: initialized (0x(____ptrval____)). heartbeat=30 sec (nowayout=1) Instead of changing the print to "%px", and leaking kernel addresses, just remove the print completely, cfr. e.g. commit 071929db ("arm64: Stop printing the virtual memory layout").
