    ndb/include/mgmcommon/ConfigRetriever.hpp:
      added options to do_connect to contol how connects failures should be treated
    ndb/include/mgmcommon/NdbConfig.h:
      method to retrieve datadir path (to user for chdir)
    ndb/include/ndbapi/ndb_cluster_connection.hpp:
