Added lots of missing files to make "mysqlserver.lib" complete (bug#29007)
mysql.sln:
  Let 'mysqlserver' project also depend on 'vio', else "vio.lib" will
  not be linked into the "mysqlserver.lib" static embedded lib (bug#29007)
