  There are platforms which use '#define errno ...' and then cause a collision with
  'extern int errno;', one example is OpenBSD.
  Rather than treat them explicitly by the 'HAVE_ERRNO_AS_DEFINE', we can check for these
  by using '#ifndef errno'.
