Changes in order to trim embedded library code


client/mysqltest.c:
  mysql_send_query seems to be useless in embedded server
libmysqld/embedded_priv.h:
  lib_dispatch_command removed
libmysqld/lib_sql.cc:
  code of lib_dispatch_command moved into simple_command
libmysqld/libmysqld.c:
  simple_command moved in lib_sql file
sql/net_pkg.cc:
  bug fix
sql/sql_show.cc:
  number of bug fixes
