Fix for #1487

libmysqld/lib_sql.cc:
  arg_parameters now are stored in these THD members
sql/sql_class.h:
  members to store query arguments
sql/sql_prepare.cc:
  query arguments retrieval added for embedded case
  code not necessary in embedded server #ifdefed
