main.pyx: Replace fprintf(file, var) with fputs(var, file).
Makefile: Copy main.pyx and Cython+ directories if copying main.cpp fails.
installation/metadata-collect-agent/Makefile: Add the right CPPFLAGS.
Note: Maybe it should be CXXFLAGS?
