Implements backup using specialised storage nodes and relying on replication · 8e3c7b01

Replication is also fully reimplemented:
- It is not done anymore on whole partitions.
- It runs at lowest priority not to degrades performance for client nodes.

Schema of MySQL table is changed to optimize storage layout: rows are now
grouped by age, for good partial replication performance.
This certainly also speeds up simple loads/stores.

This makes dropping of partitions very fast, and should also speed up all
other queries to the 'trans', 'obj' & 'obj_short' tables.

However, it is not enabled due to a bug in MySQL 5.1 & 5.5.

If ZODBTests is imported at module level, TestLoader handle it and find

it's own directory to easily find related log files. The NeoFunctionalTest class
is added to provide the getTempDirectory() that return the path for the current
test method. Master functional test case now have the neo attribute, all test
cases inherit from NeoFunctionalTest.
