solved the imageEditor bug , the firefox dosen't recognise the syntax we used before after refresh the iframe

add all the ajax with cash :true for using the cash ,and add a ung-theme.js in js file to control the show and hide of the ung and theme gadgets

remove all the html file and make all the gadgets in the portal_gadgets file and the main html file is the index.html
