stack/erp5: make cloudooo optional (disabled by default)
This removes cloudooo instanciation from erp5 stack. To keep cloudooo in your erp5 instance, you can add this entry to your instance parameters :
"cloudooo": {"enable": true}(branch "oooop" = "OpenOffice.org optional" haha)
