Use the same shellinabox in testnode that the one we are using on slaprunner, ie. a shellinabox listening on an unix socket with a password protected ipv6 https frontend in front of it.

The difference here is that we are using caddy and not nginx, which provides HTTP/2 which is significally faster in my testing case (with a 200ms ping).
