The connector is mostly tests via Person/Certificate Login tests, this tests aims to cover the extra portion.

  Use specific reference reduces the confusion on what default means, since we
  can have multiple connectors for multiple purposes one day.

   Change the property used to clearly identify if this document used caucase or some previous legacy implementation not supported anymore.

   In such case, invalidate the Certificate Login is enough to prevent access.

  This TestCase allows to start a Caucase Server to be
  used on tests. The code is inspired on Kedifa tests.

on python2, this sends an email with address like "Name <None>", on
python3 this fails with an error like this:

better to fail early in such a case

Base_renderForm was using request.set - which only sets in request.other,
and this causes Base_renderForm to behaves differently from Base_redirect
with forms looking explicitly in request.form, like for example listbox
does before calling the list method.

Otherwise, a weird behaviour is observed with compound attributes (eg.
`xmlns:inkscape`), where the second part of the attribute is replaced by
`undefined`, giving a wrong SVG file when there are multiple attributes
(duplicate attribute).

to paginate results.
