[erp5_core] Add action type "object_view_jio" to be consistent with all other <action>_jio

Please note there is no renaming. Since inconsitently named action "object_jio_view" is not used in code, exchanging existing actions to this new type "object_view_jio" should be without problems.
Currently the old action type is used in 28 actions.
